The lifeguards were very diligent with watching everyone as they swam. However, there were multiple unknown things in the pool that I had to avoid. Just does not look as clean as I would like.

Very frustrating experience with the safety rules. We visited with our 6-year-old son, who is exactly 48 inches tall, and the rules were all over the place. Before anyone said anything, my son had already gone down the slide around 20 times. Then suddenly, one lifeguard told him he wasn’t allowed to use it. After that, another lifeguard came along and said he could use it. This happened more than once. If there’s a height requirement, I understand, but all of the lifeguards should be on the same page and enforcing the rules consistently. What really didn’t make sense to me was that there is a pool that is so deep that even an adult cannot touch the bottom, yet children as young as 3 can use it as long as they know how to swim. Meanwhile, my 6-year-old can comfortably stand in the pool at the bottom of the slide, but he couldn’t use the slide because of the height rule. So a pool where even an adult can’t touch the bottom is open to very young children, while a slide ending in a pool where my 6-year-old can stand has stricter height restrictions. Paid $21 dollars to get in and was not in the pool 5 minutes and was asked to get say that it was lighting. Sit aside in the head for 10 minutes and we and asked for a refund and was offered a rain check. I asked to get my money back and told I had to feel out a form to get my refund. The lady had the nerve to tell me she would put the reason on there. I should have been told at the gate that it looks like rain and not be charged until it was clear. I should have been told what ever the 22 plus people standing outside the gate was told before paying.

This place has very cheap admission prices, great food, drinks, treats and I highly recommend this place of you are single parent or living on a fixed income. You can take your /children/family here and still have as much fun as you would have at a water park
