Dog poop all over, and now the cities turn the water off the grass is brown in not inviting. I do enjoy that the parents are using the baseball field and the area for football.And soccer practice, sure, wish our city would take care of the place

Had my grandson's birthday here. It's a nice, wide open park with a baseball backstop, basketball and tennis, and a splash pad for the kids. Benches and grills are found throughout, and it has a very nice covered gazebo hosting multiple tables. Parking on the surrounding roads makes for easy access and cooler unloading.

Clean and well landscaped. Nice gazebos to sit at with picnic tables. Small splash pad area. Enclosed basketball area with two goals. Easy parking on side of the road with close access to park. Right next to elementary school.

I have lived in City View for 2 years now and I love this park. Even though it is considered the school park it is also considered a public park. With that being said you get the best of both worlds. The park is kept very clean and the grass is beautiful. At the same time the park is the size of a small public park which makes it huge for a school park. The park has a side walk that goes all the way around it and even has mile markers painted in it so you can keep track of your walking. It also has a splash pad provided by the Amarillo Parks and Recreation. It is very nice and cool and and awesome added feature to City View for anyone with little ones. It has a set of public restrooms as well which are also kept very clean. The park is never to crowded nor do you have a hard time finding a place to park. The school uses the open terrain for things such as soccer and flag football for Kid's Inc. Because it is a public park it has the same public ours rather then the schools hours. That makes it nice in case you want to go for a night stroll. The park is lit at night. So it is a pleasure and convienence to have such a great little place right where you live.
