Very friendly and helpful customer service! Had a few problems with signing up and getting access to some things and even though i was quite impatient that day 😅 the team member helping me was amazing and so kind and understanding. Honeslty if they handnt of been so kind I probably would have gone to a different gym with all the stuff we had to figure out. So i really appreciate that. The kids club is so awesome, i dont have kids but i see so many families take advantage of it!! Just upgraded for the lift lab and it was so worth it.😁 The energy and vibe in general in there is just awesome. I love the recovery machines and sauna/pool area as well. This gym always feels clean, cool, smells good, and has high quality equipment! 10/10 recommend for people that want to get their gains in a gym that feels good to work out in! Thanks Chuze!

Trust me, because of my work, I’ve visited pretty much every Chuze in the region. Many are in nicer neighborhoods with bigger layouts and more amenities, but they lack cleanliness and a warm welcome.There is just no comparison to the San Bernardino Chuze closer to my home.I would gladly give up the extra perks of other locations just to get the experience I get here! What keeps me so loyal is 100% the local team.They are genuinely friendly, always welcoming you at the door and saying goodbye when you leave.They work incredibly hard to keep the gym clean, and keeping the sanitary wipe stations fully stocked is a huge plus for me. My only critique is strictly for corporate: they need to ensure machines and amenities are repaired in a more timely manner. But the local staff gets an A+ this gym is easily my favorite!

Loving my Chuze Fitness experience! The monthly price is unbeatable for what you get. The multi-purpose squat machines are a game-changer for my leg days, and the friendly staff always makes me feel welcome. Highly recommend!”

Special Shout-out to John! From Point A ( Coming In ) to Point Z ( My Departure) Johns Care and attention to detail was extremely apparent and felt. John gave me all of the club information I needed to make a well informed decision that would fit best for me and my family without feeling overly sold or overly pushed to make things happen right then and there. I felt like I was dealing with a real person and that I was treated like one as well without being treated like just another number💯 I can definitely see myself and my family Chooseing Chuze as one of our next fitness destinations to take care of a large range of our fitness needs💯 Thankyou for the Good experience John🔥💪😎

Got a tour from Brian, and my husband and I signed up for the "More" memberships the same day! Brian was friendly, and informative. It's been a week and we've been in to use the gym and amenities several times already and it's always very clean, and there's plenty of room and equipment even when it's busy. Great location!
