I recently took a tour of the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center, and it was made truly special thanks to our tour moderator, Stephanie Inskeep. From the moment we arrived, her attentiveness and outstanding customer service stood out. She went above and beyond to share detailed information about the facility and its programs, and you could clearly see her genuine passion especially when she spoke about the Paralympic Olympians. Stephanie was phenomenal: incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and so warm and engaging. She even joined us for lunch during the visit, which made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Her dedication to making sure we felt informed and welcomed was truly appreciated. If you’re considering a visit or tour here, I highly recommend it and if you’re lucky enough to get Stephanie as your guide, you’re in for a treat. Thank you, Stephanie, for everything!

Decided on a new something to get us out. Have you seen the Drone show? Man, I can't believe what they can do with drones. The show was outside. Had stadium concrete seating. Grass areas and lots of room. Plenty of parking and was perfect for the Drone mind blowing show

Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center-Beach Volleyball Review I was here for a high school beach volleyball match and the setting alone almost steals the show. I consider this an honor for these young athletes. Q: What’s the vibe? A: Scenic. Wide open. Serene. The beach volleyball courts sit against a backdrop of Otay Lakes, rolling hills, and mountains. It doesn’t feel like your typical school match - it feels like you’re watching a tournament tucked into nature. Q: Anything confusing when you arrive? A: Yes, don’t get fooled by proximity. The courts are near the athletes’ entrance, but spectators can’t enter there. You’ll need to park at the main entrance and be ready to walk. And not a casual stroll this is a bit of a trek depending on your court. Q: Is it accessible friendly? A: This really depends on the significant your disability is. If you're on crutches, or sore knees or obese or other medical condition, you are going to need more time to get to your destination. Plan additional time. Q: Is it spectator-friendly? A: Depends on how prepared you are. Here’s what you need to know before you go: SEATING: Limited metal bleachers. Not enough. Bring your own chair. S

Great venue, easy to get too and depart after the show. Very creative! Not a bad seat in the house as everyone no matter where your sitting just have to look up in the sky like a firework performance. The stringed music was a Great complement to the show. A Must see if you get a chance to view in person.

Beautiful facility, a little outdated in some areas, but still has everything you need. The dining serves basically some form of chicken and rice every day.
