Small center of 9 courts, good reception, sign up processes takes like 5 minutes, but overall good experience. Well maintained temperature, good atmosphere, lots of parking tho a bit of a walk(sadly customers dont know how to park properly, makes me wonder how they got their driver's license, but thats besides the point), good waiting area, water access promotes bringing your own water bottle(so bring your own water bottles), can get crowded from 6pm-9pm

I came here on Tuesday evening with few friends. At the entrance, we had to register for our online account, sign the waiver, add payment method through the website, and it was digitally charged for the open play session. The price was decent, only ~$12 for multiple hours of playtime. At the entrance they also had some rackets, shoes, accessories for purchase. There were couches for resting as well. Upon entering the play area, I was pleasantly surprised how good the space was. All courts were new, with quality mats on the floor. Excellent lighting. Courts were well spaced out. Small benches were around each court for sitting and putting the stuff. All of the 9 courts were busy at that time, so there were over 30 players in the open play. We shared courts with others players while playing for almost 2 hours. Everyone used plastic birdies here. I was the only one using feather birdies. The staff member was friendly. He gave us bunch of info over the phone when we called. He assisted us with the sign up process as well. Overall I had an excellent time playing at this facility, got to play with some really good quality players as well.

We had a really unpleasant experience at this badminton center. The front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. If we arrive early, he repeatedly emphasizes that we are not allowed to start playing, and even secretly checks to see if we have. We booked a court in advance, which costs much more per person than the whole-day open play, yet even when there are plenty of empty courts, he would peek at us through a small window and then interrupt our game mid-match just to tell us we couldn’t play on a different court. When our reservation was from 7–8 pm, he would literally stand by the side and count down the seconds to kick us out, which felt not only rude but also creepy. Strangely, when we arrived and found other people playing on our reserved court, he didn’t care at all. The double standards, rude behavior, and constant policing made the whole experience very unpleasant. We will definitely not be coming back.

Updating my earlier review after 6 months. The air draft issue inside the hall still hasn’t been fixed and has actually gotten worse. Now only about 3 out of 8 courts are playable, as the rest are heavily affected by airflow which makes shuttle flight unpredictable.
