The staff here knew that the weekday noon drop-in rate is cheaper than using a multi-pass, but they didn't bother to inform us and let us swipe the pass anyway. We realized this immediately after and asked if we could just pay the drop-in rate and get a refund for the pass deduction, but they flat-out refused. Very rigid customer service and a disappointing experience. Make sure you double-check their pricing before you pay

Please update valid phone number. Also please send out email on holidays to every member ahead of time. If u don’t pick our calls or updated phone number is incorrect everytime it is nightmare for customers to find out whether ur open or not

[UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER] Didn't realize a $33 string job came with complimentary CCTV stalking! Funny how the manager meticulously analyzed my 2-minute warm-up to critique my "footwork," but his cameras mysteriously missed his staff taking TWO HOURS to botch the first string job, cut it out, and rush a second attempt. 120 minutes to string a racket, and 120 seconds for it to snap. Instead of taking accountability for their rushed installation, he creepily reviews security footage and tells a 15-year player to put beginner 18-20lb BG-65 strings on an Astrox 100ZZ. Any experienced player knows how laughable that advice is. The racket has been used 5 year with 26lb BG-80/66U strings and never experienced such a joke. If you want strings that last 2 minutes and a manager who stalks your footage instead of issuing refunds, this is your spot! (Below is my original review) Terrible stringing quality control and zero accountability. I brought my racket in for a standard BG-80 (26 lbs) string job. They ruined their first attempt, cut the strings out, and rushed a second try. After a 2-hour wait, the new string snapped cleanly near the frame within TWO MINUTES of a light warm-up.

This review is only badminton restring service and I have very happy with the product and services. I know it’s expensive when you buy there but we need to support local business.

About 21 dollars entry fee, you can play until your teammates all goes home, or your knees quit its job. The court booking is 45 min for 4 people. You can rebook it after you finished one booking duration. This gym has bathrooms and water fountains.
