Bintang Badminton - Fremont

I’ve been playing at Bingtang Fremont for the past couple of months, and unfortunately I’ve had a very frustrating experience. During that time, I’ve had nearly three full sets of badminton shuttles stolen. Most recently, I clearly remember seeing my shuttles sitting by themselves on a bench near the center of the facility around 10pm. Two games later, they were gone. Since the facility has security cameras, I reached out hoping staff could help review the footage and identify what happened. What makes this especially disappointing is how unresponsive the customer service has been. I understand the facility can’t necessarily prevent every theft, but when customers repeatedly have belongings disappear on the premises, I would expect management to at least respond and make a reasonable effort to investigate—especially when camera footage may be available. Until there is better communication and accountability around situations like this, I can’t recommend this facility.

Bintang Badminton in Fremont is an amazing place to play. The facility is massive, one of the biggest badminton arenas I've ever seen, with plenty of courts and a great atmosphere. It's clearly one of the most popular badminton spots in the Bay Area, attracting players of all skill levels. Even with so many courts, weekends are usually packed, and it can sometimes be difficult to get a court without waiting. If you're planning to play on a weekend, arriving early is definitely a good idea!

I made a reservation and went to the court. Then I found a group of people were playing there. So I requested the staff to ask them out. But the staff asked us out. Why?! I have already made the reservation. Why we had to leave because of their mistakes? No manager at the front desk. All staff are part-time workers. No one can solve your problem. So disappointed.

The amount of courts here in bintang is insane, with 50+ courts although around 40-60% are reserved for teams. The court subscription thing has a decently high cost but is free if you’re on the team. The few problems are that if you want to bring someone not playing inside the gym, you will still need to pay for them :/ and no re-entry is allowed usually. Still highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience at this location today. The staff member at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. We were never informed that we needed to check in or sign up, and as a result, we sat there waiting for over an hour for nothing. When we tried to ask for help, the staff acted like they couldn't be bothered to talk to us. This kind of "couldn't care less" attitude is unacceptable and completely ruins the image of Bintang. Our time was completely wasted. I hope management looks into this and trains their staff on basic customer service.
