This is where I fell in love with pickleball! Not only do they offer helpful beginner clinics but they have a ton of ladders and opportunities to play at a great cost! Clean courts, wonderful community and lots of fun play!

Better at Pickleball is hands down one of my favorite spots to play! The ladders are my favorite — I can get in about 8 competitive games in just 2 hours, which is perfect for getting quality reps without spending my whole day there. No more waiting 30+ minutes just to get another game in, and I don't even have to worry about finding a partner — the ladder format takes care of all of that. The location can't be beat. It's inside the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center, so parking is never an issue and I feel completely safe walking to my car at night. Clean restrooms, friendly staff, and great prices too. They run two open plays a week plus free community events some weekends, and they also offer pickleball classes for all levels at a reasonable price. Whether you're brand new to the sport or looking to sharpen your competitive game, this place delivers. Highly recommend!

I am writing to share my appreciation for the excellent customer service and welcoming environment at Better at Pickle. The staff goes above and beyond to maintain a fantastic pickleball community where both members and non-members feel genuinely welcome during Open Play. Your organized ladders provide the perfect competitive outlet for every skill level, and the introductory classes are a wonderful, low-pressure way for new players to learn the sport. I celebrated my 50th birthday party here and it was a blast! The courts were fantastic, the vibe was perfect for a party, and everyone had an amazing time playing and celebrating. Highly recommend it if you want a fun, active, and unforgettable birthday spot!

Of the great start, I'm so happy I decided to become a founding member at Better at Pickleball! The club has been a fantastic experience from day one. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere is positive and encouraging. I've already learned so much from the experienced players and made some great friends along the way.
