My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Bentley Hotel South Beach. The location was excellent, the hotel was comfortable, and the service truly stood out. We especially want to recognize Melina, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. She gave us great guidance, answered all our questions, and made us feel very welcome. Her warm and professional service made our experience even better. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Hotel Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful stay at the Bentley Hotel South Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. The hotel has a beautiful boutique feel, and our room was extremely clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed with how well-equipped the room was. We had a kitchen area with a microwave, plates, silverware, cups, a mini fridge, coffee maker and an induction cooktop, plus a comfortable living room area. It honestly felt more like a little apartment than a hotel room! The cleaning service was excellent, and the room service was absolutely wonderful. And the included breakfast was SOOOOO delicious! 😍 Everything was fresh and tasty, and it was such a great way to start the day.A special thank you to Jessica at the front desk for being so kind and welcoming, and to Reinaldo, who showed us our room and gave us a wonderful tour of the hotel. Great location and a lot of restaurants near by . They both made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend the Bentley Hotel South Beach! ❤️🌴

The Bentley hotel has an outstanding location, right on Ocean Avenue. We booked there as family for one night. At arrival, we were surprised that due to the World Cup and Ocean Avenue closure, the valet service was relocated a couple of blocks away. We have not been proposed any support to get our luggage out and into the hotel. When I went to valet park my car, I found out that there was no-one there, so I had to park on a standard lot and had to hand in my keys at the reception so they take it to the hotel's private parking. All for a $70 fee. The breakfast was average. Little choice, basic 3* buffet with some cheese, eggs, white bread, fruits, juices and coffee. I have asked for whole weat bread (which would be something basic in such a venue), there was none. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, but the furniture again is quite basic, and not aligned with neither the standing nor the price. Again, if this was not right on Ocean Ave, it would not be worthy the price.
