I’ve had a great experience taking golf lessons with Ian! He is incredibly helpful, patient, and always takes the time to understand my swing and how I learn best. What I really appreciate is his ability to tailor his teaching approach to each student. Recently, he helped me work on my chipping and pitching, and his explanations and tips made a big difference. He breaks things down in a way that’s easy to understand and apply on the course. Highly recommend Ian to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful golf coach!

We recently hosted my daughter's Sweet 16 at Bay View Golf Club, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. The staff was responsive, professional, and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The newly remodeled event space is elegant and modern, and the views of the surrounding hills provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how gorgeous everything looked. The food was exceptional! We received so many compliments, especially on the salmon—it was delicious and perfectly prepared. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was truly top-notch. I've been taking lessons from Ian for the last 2 years off and on. I'm a beginner and he's very good at showing me different concepts and working with me on different shots and improving my game by leaps and bounds. He is very professional and he makes golf fun. He meets you where you are in your game. If you want to learn golf and you want somebody who's going to teach you and make you better I would highly recommend him. He literally keeps that place going. He's literally the only reason I should go to Bay View. They're really lucky to have them cuz once he's gone I'm sure a lot of people will leave.

The course is in good shape and its well maintained. Its not long but the fairways are super narrow and the greens are tricky. I don't think there's a straight putt anywhere on this course.

Attended a Sunday afternoon indoor wedding because of the weather. There is no signal up here but I was able to get the WiFi when I went to their store. That helped me get service, it was a buffet and the food was pretty good, smaller side of the venue with a full bar. The bartenders were working hard and the drinks were good! They have bathrooms located inside and looks like a beautiful golf course up on the hill past the residential with beautiful views but no cell service.
