Very nice and helpful staff at the firearm counter. They were nice enough to check the back for an item I wanted to purchase and I was able to walk away with what I showed up for. I also like that they do not have to escort you off the premises when you complete a firearm purchase like some other big label stores.

First time in this store and it was a pleasant experience. I needed some fishing gear and the gentleman who helped me was great. I am definitely not a fisherman and more of a guy with a rod and reel who likes to relax by the water. Still, I want to catch some fish, so the help was greatly appreciated. I went in with a general list of things I was looking for and he directed me to either exactly what I was looking for or what he was confident would work in place of what they didn't carry.

I absolutely love Bass Pro Shops! 🎣 Their selection is always top-notch, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It's truly an outdoorsman's paradise. I always find what I need and more! 🏕️🛶🐻

Found a gun that they had mismarked the price. The sales guy ran off with it saying it was a mistake. Manager walked up immediately giving attitude and refused to sell it at that price but "could give a small discount". I absolutely realized that was a huge mistake on their part! I will encourage people to no longer shop at theLubbock, TX store!! That managers angry attitude lost a 20+ year consistent customer!! I can get that gun a lot cheaper than his "discount" anyway!!

Greeted at door by gentleman. Offered to sign up for store credit card. Went in for jerky seasoning. Store is always well merchandised and stocked. Smell of roasted cashews, almonds and peanuts. No one was making at 7:30pm but what were in heated bins at the check out, tasted fresh and hot. The store if full of clothing, accessories, candy, weapons, and so many other things to purchase and look at. Cashier was friendly. Bottled water and ice cream is available at the check out as well.
