We held our event at Balcones Country club, and could not be happier with the arrangement! Natalie was always responsive to every email, and flexible to work with our choice of catering service. Tony thoughtfully went over the decoration options and helped us a great deal. Organization was top-notch, and everyone had a blast! Thank you to Natalie and the entire team!

We hosted our daughter's quinceañera at BCC and I cannot express how thankful we are that we did. This was such an investment for us as such a significant event for our family and Natalie and her team made it flawless. Our vendors had a positive experience setting up, food was delicious and the pesto sauce & meatballs were the big hit! I have to stress that we had 2 individuals with celiac disease in our party and without hesitation, the chef and kitchen staff plated safe, Italian, gluten free dishes WITH GF bread. I was truly able to enjoy the evening and mingle with guests because things were handled seamlessly. The private space of the women's locker room was also a huge plus to finish getting ready, cool down, and store personal items. My only regret was not booking the event for a longer period of time, we enjoyed it so much and wish we could relive it. Thank you BCC staff!

Went with friends for member's night. Everyone was having fun. Unfortunately I'm kinda a picky eater so I'm not an expert on the food experience. But they did have these yummy pinwheels wraps with apricot ketchup that were good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kids were having a good time. You can hear the music from the apartments on the other side of the greens. Too funny.

We had our wedding here and we are members. The event was outstanding. Nathalie Bratcher, the events coordinator is top notch. Not only did she help us find the BEST vendors for flowers, DJ, and photographers, she was a rock star the day of The event. The FOOD was incredible. So many of our guests were blown away by how delicious it was. Service was on point and we could not have chosen a better place to celebrate our special day.

We had our son's 16th birthday at BCC back in November and everyone is still talking about it! From my first meeting with Natalie at the club, I knew I was in good hands. She was always responsive to every email or meeting request, and ensured our event was set up perfectly. We worked with her to pick the best food for a party that has a mix of teens and adults - amazing passed apps, plus a mac & cheese station and street taco station - and my dad who is in the restaurant biz even commented how delicious it all was! We also had a mocktail bar (huge hit with the teens!) and build your own ice cream bar. The event space perfectly accommodated the bars, the food stations, seated tables, our cake table, and casino tables we had brought in. We had the very best night and cannot wait to do it all over again for our younger son when he turns 16!
