I would give this place zero stars if I could. The indoor temperature is always stuck at 79°F with “Permanent Hold” displayed, even when set much lower. I usually play between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM when it’s less crowded, but the temperature never changes, making it very uncomfortable to play. The most disappointing part is that despite multiple complaints, the issue has not been addressed. The owner and staff are rude and dismissive whenever this concern is raised. Overall, a very poor experience.

My daughter has been playing at Austin Badminton for years now, and it’s been a really positive experience for her. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and great at working with kids of different skill levels. I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in her technique, confidence, and overall love for the sport. The facility itself is clean and well-organized, and I appreciate that it feels safe and welcoming. The staff does a good job keeping things structured while still making it fun for the kids. What stands out most is the supportive environment—they encourage growth without putting too much pressure on the players. My daughter always looks forward to her sessions, which says a lot. Overall, I’m very happy with Austin Badminton Leander and would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a good place for their kids to learn and enjoy badminton.

Front desk customer service is poor. The three facilities in Leander, Round Rock, and Pflugerville have inconsistent rules about Shoes. They change subscription fees with out any notice. Please consider migrating to Top shot or Momentum sports facilities in Austin.

Facility is good. But the customer service is unresponsive, clueless and useless. The front desk people are completely unhelpful and powerless in even getting simple reschedule done. Whenever they relay any message to the coach he always dismisses them saying he's busy. If your kid is taking a class, the rescheduling would be a major headache for you. There will be coaches present but they'll never be accommodating to reschedule. The coaches are really really poor standard. They call themselves as Olympic level coaches (I don't know and I frankly don't care as long as they know what they're teaching)... They cannot teach kids basic footwork nor even teach kids proper racquet technique even after 6 months. They just seem completely uninterested and maybe not even fit to be an average coach. They're just dragging basic drills for months on end without really helping kids improve. Have pride in your work or just quit. If this continues which is already happening, people will take their businesses elsewhere.

Well maintained facility and close to leander heb but there is no option to pause or restart without restart fee of 30$ per person, if we are paying as couple then paying 60$ to just restart fee is too much which was not informed earlier. Avoid around 6pm - 8:30 pm too much wait time for courts
