A lot of empty courts and we'll maintained. Friday morning was desolate. Picked up later in morning, but still open courts.

Great addition to Old Settler’s Park - 17 brand new tennis courts. Pickleball is added.

The only problem I had with the outdoor basketball court is no lights. Obviously baseball tennis and soccer are predominantly White and Mexican sports. Basketball is a predominantly black sport in America So them not having lights on the basketball court is like saying "we don't want black people hanging out at the basketball court when the sun is down. Racist and repugnant and I will be pursuing further complaints till there is a properly lit basketball court for young men and women to be treated equally regardless of skin color or choice of sports there's is a lot of basketball courts across America like this and this should be fixed ASAP

I would give this adult recreation complex a seven out of 10. The reason why is because how they designed the fields. They didn’t really take care of the infield outfield properly and because of that anytime it rains the fields are unplayable for 2 to 3 days, depending on the amount of rain, I’ve been out here playing for three years now. So I think I have a good feel of the situation of what’s going on out here but I will say this the fact that the outfield wall is 325 feet away from home plate. I call that a bonus because, there’s maybe 10 to 15 people including myself so I can head out of this park on a regular basis so if you are looking for a good field that you can play on every season then I would suggest that you come to this field OK bring your team stack them up let’s build up this community here in Round Rock at Old Settlers adult complex

These were 24 acres of wildflowers and fields. Now it's yet another set of fenced-in baseball diamonds (#26 and #27, for those keeping count) and 125 more empty parking spots. It's sad to see the park administration replacing the open green and wildflower spaces with fences, pavement, and limited use facilities.
