I would like to recognize Randall for providing outstanding customer service. I needed to find these items for an upcoming event, so it was important that I get everything I needed. Randall went out of his way to help me search for the pools. Even after we checked the area where they were supposed to be, the shelves were empty. Instead of giving up, he kept trying, checked the inventory system, and discovered the items had been placed in a different location. Thanks to his persistence and dedication, I was able to find everything I needed in time for my event. Randall's patience, determination, and positive attitude made my shopping experience exceptional. He truly went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciate his outstanding customer service.

I had been to a gun shop and they recommended Academy for the ammunition I required. I entered this store and the male sales clerk told me to go down two separate aisles for what I needed, while he remained at the counter. I brought back three containers and was wondering what the difference was. He pointed to each one and stated, "good, better, best." Then began talking to a male patron. I felt dismissed as a senior woman when I wanted reasoning and details of the items. I will not be back. I will say the woman who rang up my purchase was very nice.

When a store plans to ask customers to complete a survey, I would expect the overall experience to reflect strong service and attention to detail. In my case, the interaction started off a bit disappointing but ended on a very positive note, thanks to Ms. Mary. When I couldn’t find a particular item, I asked Ms. Mary, the only cashier operating the checkout, for help. She kindly asked Brae, who was nearby and not assisting any customers at the time, to check on the item. Without moving from her area, Brae simply said that if I didn’t see it, they must be out. That kind of response felt dismissive and didn’t demonstrate much interest in helping me as a customer. Thankfully, Ms. Mary did what great employees do, she took it upon herself to step away from her register, personally helped me search for the item, and to our delight, we actually found it! Her attitude, willingness to lend a hand, and genuine care turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a satisfying one. I want to give Ms. Mary full credit for going above and beyond. I usually shop at this location because it’s close to my home, and I’ve generally had positive experiences. Recently, however, I had an issue that left me very disappointed with how it was handled. I ordered a Yeti pitcher in a specific color from another store location. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed there were visible marks on the product. The employee there assured me it was the last one in stock and said the marks would likely come off with cleaning. Unfortunately, when I got home and tried to clean it, the marks did not come off. The next day, I went to the corporate store near my home hoping to exchange or return the item. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff refused to issue a refund and suggested that I had used or damaged the item myself, which was very frustrating and disappointing. I had simply tried to clean the marks as I was advised to do. I really did not want to drive all the way back to The Woodlands just to resolve the issue, so I contacted head office. Thankfully, a representative there stepped in and made things right by offering a refund. While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, the way this location handled a dissatisf

This place is excellent! They have plenty of parking (which is a huge plus) and the store is always fully stocked, so you can find what you need quickly. Everything is well kept and organized, and the staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. A great, easy shopping experience! I will definitely come back for more outdoor equipment shopping!
