If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.I placed an online order that was explicitly stated to be ready within an hour. Four hours later, having received absolutely no updates, I tried calling the store to check on the status.The customer service was completely horrid. I attempted to call three separate times, and each time the exact same thing happened: the phone would ring, someone would answer it, immediately put me on hold, and then hang up on me.Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Some Employees don’t want to work properly (I asked for some Asics Shoes and the assistant didn’t search well, she told me in a very bad way that there were any available). And the rest of them who are available, doesn’t want to attend the Check Out Cabins, they were talking all out loud and only 1 cabin available… Sorry

Good afternoon noon I rated this store with a 0 on customer service… Around 3:45pm I went to the store on 3901 expressway 83 McAllen Texas to pick up order at the front desk… Very disappointing with the customer service of the leader on duty at that time …went to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. my order was placed last night on July 2 and it should be ready and 1hour but for my surprise my order wasn’t ready the associate who was in the pick area commented that they had 52 orders ahead of me so that’s when I ask for the leader in duty and I ask if can get my order and he respond is not going to be ready until later and I said well the app stays is going to be ready an 1 hr he said well you need to wait and I’m like I leave in Pharr is to far to come back…but my point is why the company set 1 hour pick and the store Makes other calls on not fulling customers orders on time … we al have a busy life that’s why we do our order to pick up … corporate I’m not the only person that it has happen is many of your customers that we are going thur all this drama at your store(s). I don’t usually like typing reviews but the restrooms in this place are disgusting ! Trash over flowing and toilets with what looks like rust. In EVERY SINGLE stall . This so happened to be the “cleanest “one

The only reason I’m giving this location one star is because of how disorganized everything was. There were no accessible carts available for customers, and the trash cans were overflowing with garbage scattered around the area. It was very poorly maintained. Management really needs to step up and improve the upkeep of this store. I also wanted to add that there was such a big line to purchase. There was only three cash registers open, which was ridiculous because I was in line for almost 40 minutes.
