I visited this location to request a price match, but was told the item didn’t qualify because the listing was slightly different, even though it appeared to be the same product. While I was disappointed with the outcome, I appreciate that the staff took the time to review it. I later visited the International location, where the manager verified that the UPC and model number matched. They honored the price match and even provided an additional $15 discount. Based on my experience, I would recommend the International location. The staff there seemed more educated about the price match policy, and the overall customer service experience was much smoother and more helpful.

Did an online order, got two different size shoes in box. When returned they didn't have my size in stock. We checked the odd size show box that was still on shelf and found the right match. Thanks for the help from staff!

Had a manager look for a Stanley cup that my daughter wanted. He took the time to make sure they had it. Thanks for your help. Unfortunately the item was out of stock but he did go out his way to see if they had it in the what

It’s a good store, however I was there Saturday looking for a leather football, the boxes were all ripped and they were all out. I found a Wilson in a replacement box however it was taken back because it wasn’t in the right box. I wish they could be more organized with the footballs and not have to make customers wait to check the ball for 10 minutes. Another thing I noticed is that a lot of balls do not coordinate with the replacement boxes (generic boxes when balls are taken out of packages) I had also gone back today to try and see if the footballs were in stock when I found another Wilson. I went to go buy it however the same issue of the boxes and balls being switched came up again. Overall they just need to make sure everything is marked right and that way I hope others don’t run into this issue.
