Gym is okay. Just had to cancel my membership after dealing with a funky smell in the dumbell area upstairs. Couldn’t figure out what it was but turns out it was the the actual dumbbells. Not sure why they neglect cleaning them, I’ve never been to a gym where the weights smell. Had to cancel my membership and they didn’t even refund me my money.

Beautiful and expansive facility, but I cannot abide the locker situation. Every, and I mean every, single free locker is in a locked position. Many of them are locked open and cannot be utilized securely. ONE inside the men’s locker room was able to be turned but then simply unlocked whether you have a combo selected or not. Thus none are usable save the few locked shut which may not even be in use. However the death knell of this experience comes when I then purchased a lock for what I assumed was the listed price of $5.99. It rang up for $10. When questioned, the desk attendant says “oh that must have been our old prices.” Ok? Update your sign. Is this what we pay for? Simply unacceptable.

Great gym especially since it was redone! Very clean, welcoming, and friendly even for newcomers to working out at a gym. The manager and the staff are wonderful and helpful. Went into my free personal training session and ended up signing up for more sessions with Javier as he did such a great job! Definitely recommend this gym!

The gym finally reopened today after few weeks of being closed due to remodeling and I've got to say that I'm impressed! Before the gym closed, Emily was kind enough to tell me a few of what renovations were going to be made and I was excited about it all. I love the new look of the turf and how spacious it is! The new layout on the first. level looks amazing. The staff was very kind and welcoming as they opened back up this morning, informing everyone of the new machines and how the new layout works. I had so many questions on where certain machines were, if anything got removed, and Bryan was helpful to answer it all. Grateful that he was patient with all my various conundrums. Simon graciously helped guide me to some of the new/old machines on the second level since things were swapped around. I am much obliged that all the staff in general were happy to help. This new reopening, to me, is definitely all freshened up and motivates me a bit more to gym more. Thank you 24 Hour Collection for the remodel!

Excellent customer service Clean bathrooms Nice equipment Beautiful pool ,sauna steam room and Jacuzzi. Have good classes and personal training Membership for me was 1 dollar down payment, annual fee of 60 dollar and 32 dollar a month. Location is excellent
