Arpi, I just wanted to say thank you. It's always a pleasure to see you and you've made going to the gym something I genuinely enjoy. Thank you for the great guidance, the great company, and for pushing me. I've never had a workout where I leave in pain but still want more. Not only am I seeing results, you're the reason I'm committed to those 5am workouts. The whole experience is just better when you're on schedule. So appreciative of you! V

I kind found out lately. The equipment is clean and well-maintained, the staff now is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating and gym floor is always spotless and the equipment runs perfectly, so I ask one of the crew staff that I was amazed by how everything is clean, her answer because we got a new GM( Jasmine, ) she motivate us to work. She also created an environment where every member feels like family. It's amazing to see our gym culture thrive under her management. her leadership style directly impacts staff motivation and gym performance the staff now is incredibly friendly , happy ( Jasmine her Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills makes difference at the Glendale gym

I've been a member here for over 20 years, and the new management has brought fresh energy and improvements to the gym. It's cleaner, better organized, and the equipment is well-maintained. Special shoutout to Jasmine — she’s been fantastic. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with my training. Her positive attitude makes every visit better. Great gym with great people. Highly recommend! 👍

This gym finally has a new manager — Jasmine. I cannot overstate how much of an upgrade she is. In just a couple days, there were already notable changes — machines that had been left for dead for months were repaired and instantly back in service, the gym was more organized, and the bathrooms were actually clean. Overall, the place simply felt cared for again. Even the atmosphere feels more positive. The shift in energy is real if you knew what had been going on previously and how customer concerns were largely ignored and just how poorly some former employees were treated before leaving. Now, instead, we have Jasmine showing up to work with a wide smile and a genuinely positive attitude. The difference is palpable. Most important of all, Jasmine is kind, approachable, and genuinely eager to listen to concerns and help people out. It’s honestly astonishing to see how much she accomplished in a single day, which also highlights just how much neglect this gym had experienced for so long. And that’s what I appreciate most — someone who actually cares. This change in leadership was years overdue. While I never previously wrote a negative review, I felt I had to finally write one

Very disappointing experience. The elevator is often out of order, and the parking ticket scanner frequently doesn’t work either. Once you get a membership, staff’s interest in helping you disappears. You’re not allowed to use the empty studio for warm-ups — even when it’s completely unused. Instead, they suggest warming up in the racquetball room, which makes no sense. Total lack of logic or care for members’ needs. There’s zero flexibility or loyalty here. Definitely not recommended.
