I spent two years here as a member. The gym is under new management and changes began with new equipment which was great then every guest I brought with a guest pass as advertised online, the manager insisted on signing them up on my buddy pass which ensued with them getting multiple calls and texts about getting a membership. This happened with three guests, one being my girlfriend who felt uncomfortable after the incessant soliciting. Said manager began enforcing rules which ended a two year streak of my son and I going to the gym and playing basketball as he is below their minimum age. This is unfortunate as this place was once a sanctuary where staff new my son and I by name, face, and character. When I tried to go in with my son and we were denied entry, he was confused and embarassed and I cancelled my membership on the spot which of course came with $70 worth of cancellation fees. It seems a little silly to charge me a cancellation fee when I am cancelling based on a 2-year precedent set by the staff by allowing my son entry. Gym recently reopened with some major upgrades I would say 90% of the equipment has been replaced with brand new equipment, and the gym has a new layout. It was definitely time for the upgrade. Job well done on the Reno. Now if we could hit the bathroom/locker room area. This location will be 5 stars.

Overall the gym is well maintained.The crew is constantly cleaning and disinfecting the place. The staff is very friendly and happy to help.The new manager Steven is great !! i really appreciate his professionalism,prompt costumers support and his readiness to always help. I am a member of 24h for years and this is now my favourite location to go to. p.s. having the assault bike in the cardio section is a great addition.

UPDATE: They just replaced a majority of the equipment and it's gone from an average gym to amazing gym. I wish they had recovery chairs like some of the other locations but maybe that will come in the future. The gym has character. Equipment like the Ellipticals are a little old and falling apart. I totally understand it happens over time but I felt like all the Ellipticals I tried were wobbling like they were going to fall apart during use. But it got me out of my comfort zone to try other machines. The other amenities like the weights are pretty good. The pool and the Jacuzzi seem clean which is the most important. There weren't any missing free weights. If it wasn't the closest gym to my apartment I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go to this location, but it's my new home and I intend to go 5 days a week like I did at my old gym.
